Yes. Every Dieumour Beauty product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and are committed to creating beauty products with thoughtfully selected ingredients.

Yes. Our products are carefully curated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin while remaining suitable for all skin types. If you have known allergies or specific skin concerns, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US and internationally, including the European Union. Exact shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times for your location are calculated and shown at checkout.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update your address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. Dieumour Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

7. Do you Accept Returns and Exchanges?

8. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review your request and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

9. How Long Does Shipping Take Within the US

Regular orders take 2–3 weeks to process and prepare for shipment (pre-orders require 3–4 weeks). Once shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
