Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Once an order has been confirmed and entered into processing, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Dieumour Beauty is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an address error, additional shipping fees will apply before the order can be resent.
Product Selection
Every detail matters including your shade selection.
We encourage you to carefully review your cart before placing your order, as we are unable to modify or exchange products, shades, quantities, or variants once your order has been submitted for processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our fulfillment process begins shortly after your order is placed to ensure your products arrive as quickly as possible.
For this reason, order cancellations, edits, or adjustments cannot be guaranteed once checkout has been completed.
