1. Cosmetic Chemist / Cosmetic Regulatory & Safety Consultant

Dieumour Beauty is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Chemist, Cosmetic Scientist, Pharmacist with cosmetic expertise, or Regulatory & Safety Consultant to independently review our cosmetic products and supporting manufacturer documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing color cosmetics products, with strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredient safety and U.S. Europe  regulatory requirements.

Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Reviewing complete cosmetic formulas and INCI ingredient lists, including ingredient concentrations where provided.
• Evaluating ingredients, pigments/color additives, preservatives, and other formula components for regulatory and safety concerns.
• Reviewing formulas for compliance with applicable U.S. FDA cosmetic requirements and identifying ingredients that may be prohibited, restricted, incorrectly used, or require additional documentation.
• Reviewing manufacturer documentation, safety documentation, and other available quality records.
• Identifying missing, inconsistent, incomplete, or concerning information in manufacturer documents.
• Reviewing finished-product labels, ingredient declarations, warnings, claims, and other required information.
• Advising on applicable MoCRA requirements, including whether the company/products qualify for any relevant small-business exemptions and what obligations remain applicable.
  
• Reviewing formulas 
• Providing clear written recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
• Providing a final written Go/No-Go assessment for each product reviewed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with professional experience in cosmetic chemistry, cosmetic science, pharmacy, toxicology, regulatory affairs, or a closely related field.

Experience with U.S. , Europe cosmetic regulations, MoCRA, FDA color-additive requirements, cosmetic labeling, ingredient safety, and manufacturer quality documentation is strongly preferred.

The consultant should be comfortable providing an independent written professional assessment, rather than simply reviewing documents informally.

2. Marketing & Social Media Consultant — Beauty Brand

Dieumour Beauty is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Consultant to help build brand awareness, strengthen our online presence, grow our audience, and turn social engagement into customers.

We are looking for someone who understands the beauty and cosmetics industry, current social media trends, content strategy, influencer marketing, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate should be able to create a clear marketing direction while maintaining a polished, modern, premium brand image.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic social media and digital marketing plan for Dieumour Beauty.
• Create monthly and weekly content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for Reels, short-form videos, product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional content.
• Create or manage a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, calls-to-action, campaign messaging, and promotional copy.
• Help establish a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and social media aesthetic.
• Develop strategies for increasing followers, engagement, website traffic, email sign-ups, and sales.
• Research beauty trends and identify relevant content opportunities without simply copying competitors.
• Develop influencer, creator, UGC, gifting, and PR outreach strategies.
• Identify potential creators and brand partners that align with Dieumour Beauty.
• Help plan marketing strategies for new product launches and existing products.
• Review social media and marketing performance and provide clear recommendations based on results.
• Work closely with the founder to turn product ideas and brand goals into executable campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

We are especially interested in someone with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience. Candidates should understand how emerging beauty brands can build awareness and community while maintaining a premium identity.

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Meta advertising, influencer/UGC marketing, Shopify/e-commerce, email marketing, content creation, and analytics is highly desirable.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can do more than simply post content. We need a consultant who can look at the brand as a whole, identify opportunities, develop a strategy, and explain what we should be doing, why we should be doing it, and how we can measure whether it is working.
